Vintage HO Scale Suydam Corrugated Metal Furniture Factory Building Kit No 1.
Condition could be listed as new, which is correct, as I have never started to put the building together. All pieces are in the box. (See the pictures).
However, over the years some discoloration of the metal has occurred, which actually makes the building look even more realistic.
All directions are in the box (see pictures).
I believe the kit is from the 1960's or 1970's. I've had it store...d in a cabinet for many years in a smoke free home.
