The strings on his head (there are 3 total) and the string on one of his hands are NOT attached to the control bar. All other strings are at...tached to the control bar. :) The control bar is in good condition. The top of the control bar does come off when you pull on it. (see picture) His outfit is in good shape. No rips or tears. He is pretty dusty and does need a good cleaning.
