This is a darling old vintage print/picture called SHEPHERDS CALL. It is framed in the original wooden frame but this type of picture does not come with glass.
I don't know the process they used but the picture is not completely flat. The collie and the lamb both protrude out of the flatness of the picture (puffy).
There are a few indent marks on the lower left side of this as I have shown in the photo.
Original tag on back reads: Penn. Traffic Co...., Johnstown, PA. And the price was 98cents.
Fancy wooden frame measures 11 1/4" by 9 1/4".
Made in the USA.
