This is a fabulous strung Ginny doll, an amazing red head with original BIG HAIR red side part flip wig retaining a lot of its original curls. It’s really a stunning full wig. Ginny has gorgeous brown eyes that open and close easily on their own most of the time. She has wonderful rosy blushed cheeks and auburn brown lashes and brows. Her stringing appears to be original and still allows her to hold poses easily. She has wonderful natural even body tone and is really a fabulously pre...tty girl. She is wearing a very good to excellent condition Frolicking Fables Scottish outfit from 1952. This outfit came in several different fabrics. (Vogue used amazing fabrics). This Scottish plaid is bright and unfaded. The dress is made of a plaid pleated kilt/skirt attached to black velvet bodice with long sleeves and lace trim. Remnants of a fur sporran are still on the front. Matching plaid undies trimmed in gold rick rack are under the dress. On her head is a matching plaid hat trimmed with felt and rick rack. On her feet are black greek key center snap shoes and white vintage socks; one shoe strap has a repair but still displays beautifully. shes an exceptional beauty; thank you for looking!
