2 vintage Joe Weider fitness magazines...I believe these are circa 1958 as seen at the bottom of the back cover ... One is called "Eating for super muscles super vitality " and one is called " 6 exciting courses to a he-man body" . They both have some issues..." Exciting courses" has one of the advertisements ...page 25, 26, 27 and 28 is loose from the mag...see photo. A few of the corners of pages are dog eared and the pages are darkened from the years but overall in good vintage cond...ition...the other mag has some paper loss on the top corner of the cover and dog eared corners for a few of the pages in the beginning and wear at the top but for 60 years old they are still connected and look good. Some of the advertisements include one for Mickey Hargitay and Jane Mansfield ... Weider supplements and exercise equipment also abound.
