This 10 1/4" tapered hoop comes with 3 different sized mounting clamps. The clamps also have different angles for the peg to go in. The peg is 3 1/2" tall. The inside tapered hoop is 9 1/8" with the inside 8 1/4". It looks to be a little warped but still stays together. I'm not sure of the age or the maker. Minor wear to the finish.
