This is Vintage The Beatles-Inspired "Pop Singer" Wooden Puppet, Pelham Puppets (UK) 1960s. Pelham Puppets of Marlborough was among the most famous marionette manufacturers, and seeing an opportunity with the Beatles popularity, Pelham sought to immortalize the group in wood and string. Licensing was apparently not secured, and so the company marketed a Beatles-like group of four puppets as the "Pop Singers". The puppets were clad in two types of suits. Each also came with an... instrument, which is missing here. Overall the puppet in Good condition, apparently fully intact except for the missing instrument and measuring approximately 12" high NOTE ( BOX NOT INCLUDED ).
