This is a excellent tiger maple chippendale mirror made by Eldred Wheeler. The tiger maple has strong tiger grain. The firm started in 1978 and this was purchased in Hingham MA in 1978-79. It is signed by Eldred Wheeler and has the sharp early label of the maker when it was located at 60 Sharp St, Hingham, MA as it has now moved to Hanover, MA. It measures 26 1/2" x 15 7/8" and is in like new condition except for one tiny scratch. The backing is a heavy pi...ece of chamfered wood. One sold at auction last year for $300 plus buyers premium. When new these used to sell for $300-400. It has been in my collection since purchased. No shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or international unless you contact seller prior to auction ending for price.
