This beautiful brooch somewhat resembles JULIANA pieces, but I have never seen JULIANA use confetti lucite stones....so I am going to say that this is probably by someone else. This big piece measures 3 7/8 inches in length and has gorgeous open back faceted pink stones, as well as pink and red infused art glass stones and a big confetti lucite pink cabochon center. Done in gold plated metal and in excellent condition!

However, it is unfair to expect me to cover a lost package out of pocket, when you do not want to pay for higher rate of shipping and insurance.Hopefully if you ask me to ship the less expensive first class, then you will take some responsibility if it goes missing.
