These are two little Vintage Egg Cups, Dog and Duck. The are in good condition with no chips, cracks or crazing. Both are hallmarked "Made in England". The duck has a number 1 inside the hallmark and the dog has a number 46 inside the hallmark. The duck has a fold in the china above the left wing (see last photo), however this is not damage, rather a flaw in the making process,
The duck stands approx 5.5cm (2 1/4") high and measures approx 4.5cm (1 3/4") diametrically a...cross, the base measures 5cm (2") across at the widest point.
The dog is taller and measures 6.5cm (just over 2 1/2") tall and measures 4.2cm (just under 1 3/4") diametrically across, the base measures 4.8cm (just under 2") across at the widest point.
Their combined weight is 130gms.
