That said, I will describe the item as well as I can. I am not an expert or anything, this is just what some guy thinks.
The lens has a bunch of weird dust. I suspect rust but who knows. The elements look clean other than that. It's probably not optically relevant but I haven't run any film throug...h it so it could go either way.
Shutter speeds sound accurate, the shutter isn't seized up or anything. Sounding accurate doesn't mean much but it is what it is.
The rangefinder patch seems decent and the paralax correction moves. It could probably use some calibration, I didn't test the focus. The rangefinder patch was sluggish when I got it a few months ago, but now it's snappy and instantly reactive. Who knows? Assume it needs work. Focus seems pretty okay, smooth enough.
Seems all good, right? Wrong. The aperture blades are all sorts of irritating. I included some pictures that show that they do work, sort of. In fact they're perfect anywhere between 2.8 to 22. It does work at 1.8, but then it gets stuck wide open. Sometimes it doesn't stick, but sometimes you have to smack it or shake it to get the aperture to stop down. The issue is that the shutter blades are in front of the aperture blades so the only way to see if the aperuture is actually stopping down is to open it up on bulb or pop the back open.
Needless to say I haven't put film through it. It looks pretty good cosmeticly: the film advance lever is the most beat up part, and I included pictures that should show you the scratches on the body and the condition of the badging.
Basically, if you keep yourself from opening up the aperture all the way, it should be a fine shooter. Or you just leave it wide open.
Or you open up the lens to clean it and figure out whats binding up the aperture blades.
Anyway, hope that explains why I'm selling this "as is." I have no way of predicting how functional it actually is other than throwing film at it. Again, consider this non operational and simply for parts or repair.
