Fresh estate find....Presenting a wonderful original folk art oil painting by Rosa Brooks Beason 1904 - 200. Artist signed and dated ‘66 bottom right corner. The painting on Masonite measures 36” x 24”. The original complimenting wood frame measures 40” x 30” . The painting is in excellent condition. The frame is also in excellent condition. An inconspicuous very light scratch at top right sky area shown in photo.You will have to search for it. The painting ...comes from a pristine smoke free home.
