This is an extremely rare VHS tape and it is in very good condition. Mild wear on the edges of the case, the inner plastic tray is in mint condition though. I recently stumbled upon this gem at a video rental store that was having a “Going Out Of Business” sale after being open for several decades. So I can only assume that it has been sitting on a shelf in the back room of the store for the past 20 years and that’s how it’s stayed in such good shape. There’s a little sticker... residue on the front of the case, I included a close up picture of it.
