This unique and hard to find doll is Kookie. She was made in the 1960's by Mattel/Dee Cee. She was known as a Beatnik Scooba Do Doll. She is approximately 21 inches in height. She has dark brown hair and blue sleep eyes. She has black eye make up. She has some eyelashes missing on the right eye. She has pale peachy colored lips. She has a plastic head and a cloth body. When you pull her string she talks. She still talks but it... is a bit garbled after the first words. She has some stitching repair on her left arm (please see the pictures). It looks like the seam was coming apart. She is marked on her neck Dee Dee Copyright. She is wearing her original dress which is brown, red and orange, blue and yellow stripes. This is a rare vintage doll.
