Nicholas Mosse pitcher in the limited Victorian Old Rose pattern. This unique pattern combines Nichloas Mosse's "Old Rose" pattern with blue floral transfer ware. It was produced only for a short time. This pitcher was never used; it was only on display. Like some hand-made pottery, there is a very slight rough spot on the spout, under the glaze (enlarge photos). No cracks, scratches, crazing. Dimensions: 8" tall, 4 1/2" across top, 5 1/2" across bottom. ... A fine example of Nicholas Mosse pottery.
