A second large antique early to mid 19th century Berlin woolwork floral embroidery pattern on chart paper, hand painted with watercolour paints. This image is of a large, colourful bouquet of flowers. The pattern has been trimmed so the maker and number are unknown. Also a very small amount of the top and bottom of the bouquet design has been trimmed (see photos.)It is in clean condition with no damage just a little rubbing. It is trimmed and has been folded in the past which has left ...creases (see photos). Tape has been applied to the back of the pattern to strengthen it where creased. Also the chart paper has darkened with age. It measures about 18.5 by 18.5 inches ( 47cm. square) The photos can be enlarged for more detail.
