Very rare Austrian Steyr Mannlicher M90 Ersatz bayonet WWIWe offer original ersatz bayonet Model 1917, made in Austria for Steyr Mannlicher M90 rifle. During the WWII Bulgaria is fighting together with German and Austro-Hungarian armies. So Bulgaria received quantities of German and Austrian armaments. The ersatz bayonet here is part of such delivery. In 1917 the non-sufficient weapons necessitate make and remake of ersatz bayonets. Few models are know, but only single pieces could be ...found today.The bayonet here is in absolutely original authentic condition. Full length 31, 3 cm / 12, 3 inches. Length of blade (from its sharp end to the barrel hole: 24, 9 cm/9, 8 inches. The blade is stamped with a well visible mark of the Austrian eagle and number 8792. Another producer's mark is well seen - "E.A.IX" . Extremely Rare item in great condition despite the years passed.It has never been cleaned, therefor some rust spots are seen - Pls check pictures, you receive the item as per pictures.Precious find for all dagger and knives collectors!
