Vintage Amusement Park Carnival Fair Carved Wooden Snow White Dwarf Character.
Up for sale is a VERY RARE Vintage Snow White dwarf pushing a wheel barrow display character, seen and enjoyed by children and families, visiting old fashioned amusement park, “Storyland” (this particular piece along with his fellow dwarf brothers, which we are listing separately have been purchased from a NEW HAMPSHIRE estate and are believed to have been from a local theme/amusement park “Storylan...d”, located in New Hampshire.)Condition is very good, with minimal expected surface wear for an outdoor display piece of its age, shows two horizontal cracks to the wooden front, across neck and arm/wheel barrow parts (we believe it was originally assembled in pieces and due to age piece may be starting to slightly separate causing the cracking) although cracked still attached and supported by ply wood backing. Front and back shows fading, cracking to the paint resulting in minimal paint loss in places. Front is hand carved solid heavy wood, back appears to be ply with bracket attachments for what is believed to be a stand. although cracked, dwarf is still solid and sturdy. Overall this happy little Dwarf and his wheel barrow is in superb shape.
