There are 2 issues with this: the headphone jack needs some soldering work, so it is not working properly. As a work around, you can still use headphones by plugging into the RCA outputs in the back.
Also, the 2nd issue is the item in the 2nd picture the "Buss L" slider. The slider slides, but does not click, which indicates that the function is not changing, between 1 and 3.
