This is a copy of the Star Trek fan film entitled "Prelude to Axanar"...run time is approximately 21 minutes and was created by donations through a Kickstarter campaign. This was before Paramount challenged the companies making the fan films over the "Star Trek" name and characters. Eventually, a full length movie was to be released but that has been placed on hold as a result of some of the decisions made in court in an effort to settle with Paramount. This film star...s "Star Trek" alumni Tony Todd and J.G. Hertzler. The only way to get a copy of this film on DVD was by making a donation through the Kickstarter campaign at the time of production. Copies can no longer be purchased and very rare to find. NOTE: This is not one of the original copies sent out through the Kickstarter, but a fan produced copy. However, film quality is just as good as the official DVD that was sent out. Hence, the cheap price. If you'd like one of the original copies, there is only one available on eBay and it is priced at over $300. This is a much more cost affordable way to add this film to your DVD collection without the extensive cost. Please note that in doing so that you're receiving a fan produced copy, and not one of the originals sent out to donors of the Kickstarter campaign.
