Fully embroidered. Cut edge. Threads burn. No glow. The white backing threads reflect light but does not glow. Supple back. (Please note that the black light test is only one testing tool. Coal tar (analine) fabric dies were used from 1927 into 1943+ and those dies do glow under UV/black light. If you are not sure about the black light test check US Militaria Forum>Discussion>Shoulder Sleeve ...Insignia & patches>proper black light techique. Also check the ASMIC magazines for articles about this. You can do a google search, read all the info and end up with a headache!)
