Israel Judaica KKL JNF (Jewish National Fund) - One of Poland issue rarest JNF stamps - Rochlin Catalog #Po276 1936 Dr. Osias Thon stamp on postcard with art design by the famous Jewish artist E.M Lilien. information about the stamp: Dr. Osias Thon (1870-1936) was the Chief Rabbi of Cracow, a member of the Polish Sejm and a Zionist before Herzl. Upon Publication of the "Jewish State " he became a close friend of Herzl. The name "Ozyasz Thon" appears in the stamp in Lati...n letters. The card with small spots toning.
