Offered in this sale is a pair of hand engraved sterling silver collars that were made by Edward H. Bohlin who is often referred to as "Edward H. Bohlin, Saddle Maker to the Stars" due his popularity in the mid 1900s with most of the famous Hollywood Western celebrities including Gene Autrey, the Lone Ranger, Hopalong Cassidy ...to name just a few. Both of the collar tips are clearly stamped on the back which you can see illustrated in the 2nd image. They measure 1 1/2" x 1 1/4" and weigh a total of .6 ounces on a postal scale. These are museum quality iconic Western Americana pieces which I suspect will only increase in value over time.
