I have a passion and a use forgood tools from the USA and around the world. Having turned wrenches on big jets for twenty years I havegone through a lot of cheap stuff. Ihave been fortunate to have my grandfathers tools (he wrenched onHarleys). Most of his tools are stillaround and are part of my home shop. They have names like Utica, Klein, Diamond and are impossible to kill. No life time warranties needed and there isno doubt that they will last for a life time, Many of these have had a lifetime of use before iwas even born. I'm now on a mission tosave these tools from the scrap bin, therust pile or the land fill. I don't docheap imports here. Most tools are madein the US, Europe and occasionally Japan. Having traveled in Asia, I havespoken to many a mechanic over there and when they go shopping they don't buylocal, its USA, German or Japanesetools. Tools offered up here have been gone over and made suitable forevery day use. they have the battlescars of work andage. I will note if something isdisplay worthy but my passion is toolsto be used. I try to preserve the Logosor lettering or identifying marks at the cost of polished perfection. Sometimes those old school craftsmancreated something useful, strong and timeless. Every tool has a story and a future. Some will go off and return to the hands of craftsmen, somemight live out the life of luxury on display. Some may find their way into some steam punk or cosplay. If you have something you are looking for please send me amessage, It may be in the stack for an overhaul. If looking for something specific or wantsomething overhauled let me know and we can see if I can get you what you want. Please note these tools are NOT perfect. I often come across gems that are a centuryold. they work fine, they will continue to work like the day theywere new. They are however not new andI only hope what with a little clean up ill look that good after a 100years. I refurbish what I have so it doesn't go tothe junk pile or the trash. They willhave the scars of use, pitting, and wear. I do my best to identify and even track down some history of the tools Ihave. I don't sell perfect tools. , If you expect a perfect newtool please look to your nearest tool truck. That's where you will find made in the USA and tools that are perfect. Please look close before you bid. thanks PJ
