Fender Harvard Reverb 11 "Champ" 1983 Vintage Rivera Designed Guitar Amp. Rare and hard to find in this condition ... unmodified completely stock . Back in 1981 do to Marshall's competition with built in higher gain , Fender recruited Paul Rivera to design a new amp line with redesigned gain and tone mods . He also required Fender to upgrade their build quality ... In this time frame Fenders famous Champ line had particle board cabinets with 8" speakers . Rivera's new amps came in high...ly resonant "solid pine" lock joint cabinets ... not particle board or plywood with heavier gauge steel chassis and heavier duty speakers . This amp sounds/looks/works great ! It's sound is very open , natural and uncompressed with that famous Fender reverb . This amp uses the very same cabinet and 10 inch speaker as the famed Super Camp and Champ 11 and the original Champ and Vibro Champ head will bolt right into it !!! Making it a wonderful vintage 1 x 10 solid pine upgrade to the old particle board original Champs ! This cool vintage piece ships for free , Thanks for looking .
