Danbury 1948 CHEVROLET FLEETLINE AEROSEDAN - NMIB UNDISPLAYED VERY RARE

This auction is for a Danbury Mint 1948 CHEVROLET FLEETLINE AEROSEDAN in 1:24 scale. As one of the very last diecast releases from Danbury Mint, this is a VERY RARE and beautiful model, and this one is in exceptional condition! And this model has NEVER BEEN DISPLAYED! It is in like new condition, essentially as delivered from The Danbury Mint! All of the packing foam is even still within the interior, and the clear vinyl protective strip is still covering the "Fleetline" chrome fo...il script on the trunk! It is absolutely gorgeous in every way! As can be seen in the photos, the car will display wonderfully. The two-tone Silver Gray Green/Liveoak Green metallic paint is pretty, sleek, very glossy, and is in sensational condition! There are no notable flaws! The color combination looks just stunning on this car! Everything fits in place as it should. Both doors, hood, and trunk lay securely in place, and open and close without issue. The chrome shines, and is in excellent condition too. The interior is clean and in beautiful condition, and the windshield is clean and clear. In fact, this car is extremely clean overall, and looks brand new! The car is intact in every way, is missing nothing, and all parts are present and functional. The removable wheel skirts are present, and still sealed within the pink tissue paper factory wrappings, waiting to be installed on the rear fenders. Likewise, the tweezer tool is still within the packaging, and has not been removed. The wheels turn, and pivot with the steering wheel. This comes in its original box and styrofoam. The box shows a bit of creasing from shipping at one end, but is otherwise excellent. There is no paperwork. This is a classic that should be in everyone's collection, and this one is a superior example! Once again, this is like new, and is UNDISPLAYED! Whomever wins this auction will be very pleased! And once more, this is now one of the most sought after Danbury Mint cars, as it was a surprise offering (there was no prior announcement to its release), and so few were actually produced; it is EXTREMELY RARE! They have been rising in price consistently, and can now get to be quite expensive. But with a VERY LOW opening bid, here is a chance to own this car at a VERY reasonable price! And this one is priced to sell! It will be packed with great care, including plenty of packing material in an outer box, to assure no damage to this lovely and rare model.
