For sale is a rare 78 album set of exotica theremin music by Dr. Samuel Hoffman, with music Harry Revel and Leslie Baxter, called Music Out of the Moon. It was put out by Capitol Records, and the catalog number CC 47.
I normally sell only LPs. For LPs, I grade conservatively on a NM, VG+, VG, VG-, G scale. I don't use EX. (Check my feedback regarding my grading accuracy.)
Each of the three records in this set looks really nice. They are very shiny and have only the occasional ver...y small, non-feelable scratch. I tried to take good photos of each side. I don't have a way of playing 78s, so I cannot listen to this set. However, if I was visually grading it like an LP, I would grade the records in this set as VG+, out of an abundance of caution. They look excellent.
The cover is pretty good. It has some shelf wear, which has caused some of the edges to wear. The cover is strong and sturdy, though. I will grade the cover as VG+ also.
I ship within the US through the USPS and the cost is $10.00 USD, because 78s require a lot more packaging and protection (e.g., cardboard, bubble wrap, individual wrapping).
I ship outside the US only through eBay's Global Shipping Program, and the international shipping cost is calculated through that Program.
