1. Responsibility for compliance and conditions
1.1. 3. CITES & Phytosanitary documents
3.1. CITESa) Be responsible and careful about CITES 1 plants, a small percentage of our auctions are included in this group.i. Warning - There is also a very small percentage of the sold plants in this group, where seller is unable to make out CITES permissions. For more detailed information, please contact the seller directly in the inquiry.b) By default, we send each package without this permissions, so the buyer must find out if he will needs this document depending on the plant's name and the country where the buyer is located. Each country has different laws and conditions associated with the import of rare plants included in CITES 1.c) Seller is not responsible for the delivery problems of packages without this permission.i. If the buyer doesn?t apply for this authorization, plants without the labels are automatically sent (only for CITES plants).ii. The buyer risks without this permission consignment delay, blocking the consignment at the customs office or returning the package back to sender.iii. 4. Reclamation
4.1. Procedure for reclamation for damaged delivery packagesa) If the buyer sees obvious damage to the outside surface of the consignment, he shall immediately draw up a report on the damaged consignment in front of the carrier at moment delivery with check the contents of the consignment.b) In the event of damage to the package, the buyer must claim the shipment directly at the carrier (postal service). The buyer has to submit the complete package - as it was delivered - with the filler, the packaging and the lining. The seller does not guarantee transport safety - this is arranged and guaranteed by the carrier as all packages are insured for real value.c) If will be outer surface of the consignment damaged, the seller is not responsible and the claim (enforceable after seller) will not be applicable in this case and the insurance amount must be demanded by the delivery service.d) Seller wishes to know about all cases of damaged shipments by the carrier and their process progress.e) If the consignment is grossly damaged inside the consignment, it is also necessary for the buyer to claim the shipment at the delivery service. But with the difference - that the package was improperly or roughly handled and violated the inner fine content. 4.2. Procedure for solution undelivered itema) Each consignment is listed under the tracking number on Ebay, upon request of the buyer, the seller sends the tracking number even in the message.b) Consignments are delivered without a time-delivery guarantee, because the customs may delay the consignment, due to the inspection and possibly for requiring of a CITES permit or a Phytosanitary documents [point 3.]c) The active time for sending the received consignment from the main post office of Czech Post to abroad is set within two working days after which the consignment is in the process of delivery to the main warehouse of the final destination. Once the shipment is marked and shipped abroad, the actual placement of the shipment by the seller can?t be determined. In this case, the buyer can locate the package until the parcel is delivered to the central warehouse at the final destination.d) The buyer is obligated to first ask for location of the package at his post service before he request via Ebay to recover money for undelivered shipment.i. In the case of requesting a refund via Ebay, it is necessary to the buyer attach a report from the carrier with last known location of the package.ii. Confirmation complaint to the carrier it require handles approximately 30 days.iii. The time for a decision on the complaint is undelivered shipments is 90 days. The message is limited to a small number of photos, so it is necessary to divide the photos into several messages.c) If all the photodocumentation is properly & correctly done, the seller will provide the buyer an adequate proposal for resolution after the evaluation. For evaluation, the seller has a specified time period 15 days.d) The seller returns the money only at the value of the auction worth, without shipping. Shipping is a standard service paid to a third party - order for transportation. Thus, the amount for postage is irreversible and the seller doesn?t have a profit from that.
4.4. Procedure for resolving the mismatched plant from purchase ordera) The seller requests sending the most detailed photographic documentation of the received plant, to assess the case and to consider the procedure for resolving that situation.b) This situation is solved individually and the buyer must send photos to the seller via Ebay. The message is limited to a small number of photos, so it is necessary to divide the photos into several messages.
5. Quantity / value discount
5.1. If the buyer reach value for listing items more than $ 300 USD, will automatically discount for 3% from total value.5.2. If the buyer reach value for listing items more than $ 500 USD, will automatically discount for 5% from total value.5.3. 1Verantwortung für Compliance und Bedingungen

2 Lieferbedingungen
2.1.Allgemeine Regeln für den Versandein) Sendungen werden normalerweise als "Internationale Prioritätssendung" verschickt.ich. Mögliche Katastrophengefahr / Katastrophenereignisse bei ungünstigen Wetterbedingungen.e) Im Winter versenden wir Pflanzen als thermisch empfindliche Produkte in isolierten Versandbehältern oder Thermo-Packs.ich. Abhängig von der Anzahl der Pflanzen, der Größe und dem Gewicht wählen wir aus, welches Paket von isolierten Isolierpaketen wir wählen.ii. Wenn das Paket als Absender an den Verkäufer zurückgeschickt wird, muss das neu berechnete Porto gemäß der tschechischen Postpreisliste und dem aktuellen Wechselkurs bezahlt werden.d)CITES-Berechtigungen erzeugen eine Expedition um etwa einen Monat, da die für dieses Dokument erforderlichen Probleme behandelt werden.e)Der Preis für diese Erlaubnis beträgt $ 51 USD und max. 10 kg zusammen mit der Bearbeitungsgebühr [Punkt 3. / 3.1 / e) iii.]ich. Der Betrag wird direkt an einen Dritten gezahlt, ist also fest und ändert sich nur bei einer Abnahme / Erhöhung des aktuellen Wechselkurses.ii. Die Genehmigung von CITES erfordert derzeit eine direkte Zahlung an die Zollverwaltung als "Bearbeitungsgebühr", die nur für die Genehmigung von CITES gilt (das pflanzenschutzrechtliche Dokument ist nicht erforderlich). Diese Gebühr wird mit USD 20 belastet und kann nicht ohne sie versendet werden.
3.2. Phytosanitäre Dokumenteein)Pflanzenschutzdokumente sind ein Zertifikat über Pflanzengesundheit, dh ein Zertifikat, das belegt, dass die Pflanzen gesund sind und keine Krankheiten oder Schädlinge aufweisen. Die Rechnung wird separat per PayPal versandt. Dies ist auf die Höhe der Gebühren zurückzuführen, da der genaue Betrag je nach aktuellem Tarif berechnet wird. Aufgrund des Reservierungstermins ist eine Vorauszahlung erforderlich.iii. Der Verkäufer möchte alle Fälle von beschädigten Sendungen des Frachtführers und seinen Prozessfortschritt kennen.e) Bestätigungsreklamation an den Spediteur erfordert ca. 30 Tage.iii. Die Zeit für eine Entscheidung über die Reklamation ist bei unzustellbaren Sendungen 90 Tage. Im Falle einer nicht zugestellten Sendung mit dem Verkäufer der Rücknahme verhandeln, und der Käufer erhält eine Rückerstattung - nur gemäß der offiziellen Erklärung des Frachtführers. Jedoch frühestens nach der angegebenen Zeit des Beförderers auf 90 Tage eingestellt, jedoch nicht später als 150 Tage.e) Der Verkäufer erstattet das Geld für einen nicht gelieferten Artikel nur zum Wert der Auktion ohne Versand. Der Versand ist ein Standardservice, der an einen Dritten bezahlt wird - eine Bestellung für den Transport. Somit ist der Betrag für das Porto unwiderruflich und der Verkäufer hat keinen Gewinn.
4.3. Verfahren für den Fall einer beschädigten Anlageein) Diese Situation wird individuell gelöst und der Käufer muss Fotos über Ebay an den Verkäufer senden. Die Nachricht ist auf eine kleine Anzahl von Fotos beschränkt, daher müssen die Fotos in mehrere Nachrichten aufgeteilt werden.
