I have up for your consideration a late 19th century Chinese famille rose teapot and cup in a tea cozy carrying basket. The teapot measures 6 1/8" high without the handle and holds five cups of liquid. It is in good condition. The spout has some rough spots but I do not feel any chips. The lid has two chips. The bottom of the teapot is not marked. The inside of the teapot has some soiling. The cup has a very small chip. The bottom of the cup is marked China. The basket measures 10" lon...g, 7 1/2" wide, and 7" high. The top of the basket has some breaks to the reeds. There is a piece of the reed missing, see the 7th picture. The inside lid of the basket has stains/soiling. The fabric on the inside has some wear with some loss to the fabric. The front clasp plate has bends to the corners. It weighs three pounds, nine ounces.
