This is a rare 1943 illustrated Christmas War Bond Cover-- sort of a Christmas card.
The inside is blank, with a slot for a WWII War Bond.  The front says illustrated by Adolf Dehr, 1943.
The message is "So There'll always be a Christmas - my War Bond Gift to you."
Measures 9 X 5 inches when closed. Light overall wear.
