Israel Judaica KKL JNF (Jewish national fund) The 3rd Issue - 1903 Zion stamps, Rochlin catalog # 2GG strip of 40 stamps with tabs at left with serial numbers & code H I which was for use in Holland. Stamps with most unusual star of David offset on gum side. This strip is Mint never hinged with gum, 4 vertical right stamps partly missing gum & with light toning on back. The stamps showing star of David with the word Zion in Hebrew. F-VF RARE OF...FSET ERROR..
