** THE FELT PADS ARE GOOD ON THIS TAPE **
This tape WAS WORKING when put away a few years back, but DUE TO IT'S AGE, it's being SOLD AS IS, NO GUARANTEES or WARRANTIES IMPLIED. S0....IF you have ANY DOUBTS about this item....Please DO NOT BID on THIS ITEM. You've gotta REALIZE that THIS TAPE is 40+ YEARS OLD.
BUT due to the ROUGH HANDLING that takes place during shipping, it is being SOLD....AS IS, NO Warranties Implied. Also, these tapes are over 40+ years old, so anyt...hing IS possible.... ALSO, lately I've been SCAMMED by a few CROOKED Buyers who COPIED MY tape and then wanna request a REFUND and RETURN MY tape after they've made a COPY for themselves.....NO MORE. If ANY of these tapes have an ISSUE that affects the playback, it's either MENTIONED in the listing DESCRIPTION if nothing MAJOR or NOT listed if it IS DEFECTIVE In some way. I even had one CROOK that broke into the tape case to opened it order to change out the Factory tape with a chewed-up, damaged STEREO tape of THEIRS, and then got eBay to FORCE a REFUND. When the tape WAS returned, ALL of the TABS were broken off and the case had been Superglued BACK TOGETHER.
So MY RECOMMENDATION is that UNLESS you're FAMILIAR with 8-Track tapes and taking them apart to CHECK them for "loosening" during shipping BEFORE PLAYING IT, DO NOT BID on THIS Quad 8-Track tape as ALL SALES ARE FINAL and it's being sold, AS IS so PLEASE ZOOM ALL PHOTOS and ASK ANY QUESTIONS BEFORE BIDDING. Shipping is via USPS Media Mail and payment is by PayPal. Also, check out my other Quadraphonic 8-Tracks as I DO COMBINE SHIPPING whenever possible to save you on shipping costs.
