See photos for contents and condition. This flag / pennant has quite a bit of wear. One side looks pretty good, but the other side is faded and has some spots and worn graphics (last two photos). It was probably displayed on that side for a long time so it might be affected by dust as well. The tassels seem to be intact, but there are some loose threads at the ends. The other three edges are frayed in several places. There are creases where it has b...een folded. I do not know the age. This regiment was formed in 1838. It is part of the New York National Guard.
