The reel that taught America about fishing. This reel has a quick set anti-reverse switch right behindcrank handle. By counting the head revolution to one turn of the crank handleit looks like a 3.0:1 gear ratio. Brushed stainless steel covers, an extruded Bakelitebody. A...luminum metal crank handle with 2Lexan knobs original including the nut. Bait alert switch chirper (very loud). An external viable range drag set knob. All old line was removed (bad). Works best when spooled with 10lb 100 yds. Of monofilamentline. Reel weight 7.2oz. Condition Reel hasbeen disassembled, cleaned, inspected, repaired, re-assembled and is now in greatworking condition. No cracks or brokenpieces (see pictures). Cosmetically looks great! Pleaselooks at pictures closely they are part of my description. You will geteverything in pictures. Except for thequarter! Please be advised I am notthe original owner.
