On this auction is a very nice signed copy of Alter Ego Issue No. 9 (published in July 2001), Signed on the cover by John Romita Sr. The issue contains a ton of information about Romita's work over the decades. He is one of the most famous and most memorable comic book artists of all time. Romita was the primary artist of Spider Man from 1966 on. He was the cover artist for over 50 of the earliest Amazing Spider man covers. His version of Spider Man ...eventually became the primary marvel mascot and still today is the webslinger most recognized by the general public. Romita Sr. is a legend. The signed book comes with a certificate of authenticity. Romita Sr. is now 89 years old and rarely available for signatures.Shipping for this book will by media mail in the USA only.
