Very hard-to-find early release of Les Mills Bodypump. This is release 39 (just to compare, they are at about quarterly release 110 now). This was when they were still putting out the releases with VHS tapes. You could have this converted to DVD or digital at vendors that offer that service if you don't have a VHS player. It still plays fine in my old VHS player. Also includes the music CD and choreography notes. The paper is well worn but still perfectly legible. The CD may be a copy,... but it's possible it's original. I am not the first owner, so I'm not sure how to tell.Please see my other vintage Bodypump offerings. I will combine shipping.
