This is a gorgeous set of 4 houses, tree on the square and ty he base with lighting. All pieces are in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. The church which is the tallest stands approximately 10 inches at the very top of the steeple. The base measures approximately 20 inches wide by 15 inches. All trees are lighted. The church even has the stained glass windows. This piece is very detailed. The village is a total of 6 pieces and weighs 8 lbs with packaging.
