Rubbermaid/Gott Red Thermal 1 Gallon Water Cooler 1524 Two Handles VERY RARE.
This is a vintage 1980's Model 1524 Red Rubbermaid/Gott thermal insulated 1 gallon water cooler with two handles and twist off top with closable spout. Thick high quality insulation will keep ice inside for over a week in 90 degree weather. The inside is also stain and odor resistant.
Gott water coolers are known for there strength, durability and ice retention, therefore... they are highly sought after and collected especially the rare 1 gallon model 1524 with two handles.
The Gott water coolers were made during a time when superior quality at a low price was the standard. Rubbermaid acquired Gott Corp. In 1985 it kept the Gott name on the coolers for industrial purposes but disappeared within the first year, sadly, along with the quality.
