Here for auction we have a rare pair of Wooden Candlesicks for you, these were produced by the Arts and Crafts Firm called Dryad who operated in Leicester, fortunatly these are both marked on the base to E. Simmons 1927 so can be accuratley dated, the Candlesticks are made of Wood and both have the same Hand Painted Design adorning them, condition is pretty good just the odd little scrape on the Colour in places and the design is probably a bit more faded colourwise than it was when fi...rst made, otherwise no cracks or chips to the Wood, these both measure 3 1/4 inches or 8.5cms across at the base and stand 19cms or 7.5 inches in height.
