This auction is for a very rare Schmid Belle in her winter cape music box from Beauty and The Beast. You very rarely see this musical for sale. It plays "Something There" and plays excellent! Belle measures approximately 8 inches in height to the top of the bird and she spins while the music plays. It is equipped with an on/off switch. The bottom of the figurine (as depicted) reads Musical Collectibles - Hand Painted - The Walt Disney Company - Schmi...d 42371 Malaysia. Belle is in excellent condition. I feel a very, very tiny rough spot on the edge of her cape but I'm not even sure you can see it in the photos as it is so little and the color is not affected - probably a slight manufacturing flaw. The spot is so small I hadn't even noticed it until I was checking it out very carefully before listing. This is really insignificant but I always list everything I see when selling on eBay. Any white spots seen are reflections in the photos and any shiny pinpoint dots seen are on my camera lens - not the figurines. I purchased this new years ago and it has always remained behind glass. I do not have the original box.
