Rare Western Electric VT-1 Vacuum Tube with brass base and tested good overall. This is a very early Western Electric Signal Corps military tube. It appears to be New Old Stock, but I can't be certain of that. It has a lot of brass tarnish on the base. The tube doesn't have any markings that are discernible as far as I can tell at this time. This may be due to the heavy brass tarnish from the base or the fact that the markings have age faded. It has a good filament. It was ...tested good when I bought it and I haven't used it. Still, old tubes are finicky and I'm selling it as is, with no warranty. It is inside a generic White tube box that was marked VT - 1. The box shows lots of wear, tape residue and markings.
