RARE Kedah/ Straits Settlements pair of Unused Stamped Registered Letters Pair of pre-stamped Registered letters, one from Kedah State with 10c blue Sheaf of Rice pre-printed stamp, the other from Straits Settlements with 15c KGV pre-printed embossed stamp. .
