You're looking at a VTG RARE 1970's CEREAL PREMIUM MEXICO FIGURE MR.JINKS HANNA BARBERA TINYKINS. The figure is in very good pre-owned condition, with some signs of wear as light scratches, stains and dust. It has some plastic burrs. It measures 2 1/8" tall approx. I found it at a Mexican Flea Market.
