Rare Bechaud Fond Du Lac Beer Wood Keg Barrel Wisconsin Rare Bar DecorThis is for an antique pre prohibition Beer Wood Keg from, Wisconsin.Measures 15 1/2” tall x 12" in diameter. Condition is Used. Top metal piece reads Peerless Original patina not cleaned. Very old, has bottom and top, intact, 4 metal rings or bands around .incredibly hard to find. Bechaud (May 30, 1840-March 5, 1919). He was born in Rheinpflz, Germany, but emigrated with his parents in 1850, when he was ten, settling in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. In 1871, along with two of his brothers, Frank and Jean (a.k.a. John), founded the A.G. Bechaud Brewery, which was also known as the A.G. Bechaud & Bros. Brewery and later, beginning in 1875, traded under the Empire Brewery
