THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL AND HARD TO FIND MASON'S VISTA BALL JUG OR PITCHER.     IT MEASURES ABOUT 6" TALL AND 8 1/2" FROM SPOUT TO HANDLE.  THE OUTSIDE IS ABOUT PERFECT EXCEPT FOR SOME NORMAL WEAR ON THE BOTTOM.  HOWEVER, THERE ARE BROWNISH SPOTS ON THE INSIDE AS I'VE TRIED TO SHOW.  I USED SOAP AND WATER, BUT WOULD NOT CLEAN.  MAY CLEAN WITH SOMETHING STRONGER, BUT I DID NOT WANT TO SEND AN ITEM THAT SMELLS LIKE CHEMICALS.  IT IS BEING SOLD "AS IS".  QUITE USEABLE AND A BEAUTIFUL DISPLAY....   I BELIEVE IT IS AN OLDER ITEM.   THIS PATTERN STARTED AROUND 1890.   BUYER PAYS SHIPPING AND INSURANCE.   THANKS FOR LOOKING!
