The Talking Car is a part cautionary tale, part instruction... meet Jimmy... a young boy who severely disappoints his dad by running out blindly into the street to catch a ball, causing his dad to explain to Jimmy that he may not is not being responsible around a ...busy street... later that night Jimmy has a vivid, fantasy-like dream of the family's Plymouth wagon and two older cars coming to life and teaching him about the importance of how to cross the street, watching out for cars, blind spots, being seen at night and overall... how to avoid getting hit by a car... this program has a very effective way to teach children about road dangers with the use of all-original animation and situational demonstrations... also some awesome vintage cars to enjoy... starring Brian Foster who played Chris on The Partridge Family...This would be a great teaching tool for the classroom of today... kids should see this one... Not many of these EVER turn up so good luck and happy bidding... This would make an EXCELLENT addition to any film fan's collection... About the print: color sound film.... about 15 minutes long... NOT on a reel or core... just the film itself... NO vinegar smell and is NOT nitrate!Condition: Good... The film ran pretty smooth... a few random jumps and splices... the color is warm... a bit of flashes and lines in the very beginning that disappears... BOOMING sound... sold AS-IS!!!!
