We have for sale a tested and working properly pair of JBL LE85 compression drivers with H91 horns. Decent but not perfect cosmetics.
Serial numbers:118055 & 118064
Rated at 8 ohms and measure 6.0 and 6.7 ohms DC resistance which is considered normal. Both test fine with some crossovers we had in house (see our other auctions!). These have different mounting hardware than we've previously seen on these. The thin piece of Masonite is gently pressed in place and they were b...olted in to the cabinet from the front. Mounting screws included but are not shown. We removed the Masonite plates and there is not the typical JBL red wax. It's not that it's removed there just isn't a place for it. They sound the same to our experienced (but old) ears.
We always pack things with extra care (see our feedback) so that items always arrive intact and not damaged in transit. We promise that they will arrive working initially and exactly as described but no long term warranty beyond that.
Local pick up in Berkeley, California is fine by appointment at no additional charge or we will deliver them at no extra charge within 50 miles of us in Berkeley. Free delivery consists of handing them off to you at the ground floor. No installation or hook-up is included in that offer and items must be paid for in advance! Note that for anything picked up here, delivered or shipped within California we must charge 9.25% state sales tax.
Selling to USA only. If you plan to resell them outside the USA please test them first. We will guarantee they arrive in working condition only to the original US buyer.
