Condition- These Duralex Espresso mugs are in excellent preowned condition. They have been used minimally, a few times because the person who bought them no longer drinks Espresso. The auction photos are stock photos of this set. These mugs have been stored in our clean, smoke-free, and pet-free home since they were originally purchased directly from a retail store.
Payment- I accept PayPal payments only. For standard auctions, payment is due within 48 hours of the auction ending time. Immediate payment is required with buy-it-now; I apologize if this is an inconvenience for you, but I feel that I have been forced to now require immediate payment due to the number of non-paying bidders lately who have wasted my time, resources, and energy.
Returns- I do not accept returns unless I have misrepresented the set in some way. Any exclusions to this policy will include a 5% restocking fee and the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs and expected to return the item in the exact manner it was received with the original shipping box and shipping materials inside. Shipping- High bidder to pay actual shipping calculated by your zip code and package weight & dimensions. You may select either Parcel Select (Economy) or Priority Mail (Expedited) shipping when you check out.
