For those who would  like more information about Opuntia in general,   see my offer for 5 fresh (non-variegated) cactus pads which are easily rooted should you wish to root your own. Cactus is an excellent super food for humans, tortoises, turtles, iguanas, and other reptiles. Nopales have been touted as the next kale in health food circles. It is a very popular Mexican food source that has been enjoyed for hundreds of years. It is delicious pickled, grilled, (see photo) and can be ser...ved with nachos, raw in salads or fried in omelettes. Your satisfaction as my customer is my primary concern.
