ShippingI will ship with either USPS or UPS, I usually ship with 24hrs of payment if the payment is made within the work week (M-F). All my items will come with automatic tracking with eBay. Please check your purchased items and tracking will be available. I also use many different protection stuff when shipping…such as brown paper, air bubbles, bubble wrap and shredded paper…apparently this is an issue so now it's out in the open.
ReturnsReturns are accepted on a case by case basis. Please contact ME FIRST to try and resolve the issue without eBay involvement. If I messed up I will gladly work with you to make the problem right. Buyer's remorse returns are acceptable with the following conditions- buyers must return item, original shipping was earned, therefore non refundable.
